Redrow, residential and commercial property developers, has enlisted pandmm, the UK's leading performance improvement company, to implement a new employee benefits programme for its staff.

pandmm has met Redrow's requirements by developing its Lifestyle, Lifestyle Extras and Childcare Plus products into a bespoke package entitled Redrow+PLUS pandmm will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of this new scheme

Heather Bowness, group human resources manager at Redrow, commented: "We wanted to give our employees access to a wide range of discounts that covered many needs and interests and required a scheme that was flexible enough to meet our requirements".

"We chose pandmm because they could provide us with our own tailored product at a reasonable price and, equally important, they have the right infrastructure to deliver a reliable and professional service".

Redrow+PLUS will include many different exclusive high street discounts and special offers across the four core areas of travel; health and leisure; food and entertainment and home and motoring.

These will be accessible on a continuous basis through a dedicated section of pandmm's Lifestyle website or via a branded A5 brochure.

Staff will also be able to gain points towards earning cash-back each time they make an online purchase at over 1,800 of the UK's top retailers and service providers through Lifestyle Extras.

Household names such as John Lewis, Marks and Spencer, Sky and PC World are involved in the scheme and there is no joining fee, staff will receive a GBP5 welcome bonus as well as regular 'hot offers' and lots of opportunities to earn extra points as well as automatic entry to pandmm's monthly Lifestyle prize draw.

Additionally, employees at Redrow will be able to take advantage of Childcare Plus, pandmm's childcare assistance programme including added benefits.

This salary sacrifice scheme is a government approved initiative that offers reduced rate childcare through savings on tax and NI contributions.

Richard Davies, head of employee benefits at pandmm commented: "Childcare Plus was developed with the parents' need for simplicity and convenience in mind".

"The electronic childcare vouchers can be accessed 24 hours a day and redeemed at a variety of highly accredited childcare providers".
