A Cunning Plan! - Plan-London Launch

A Plan-London product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Sep 30, 2004

Plan-London aim is to provide measured surveys which are adaptable enough to be used by all facets of the property industry

Tired of hunting around for a base-build plan for your client's preferred building? Is the plan you've got drawn on the back of a cigarette packet? Has your client's building not been short-listed because no accurate information is available? Well Ed James of Plan-london believes those days are numbered! "It's ridiculous," says Eddy "we decided to setup Plan-London because of the fragmented information which is just about available for commercial properties.

Our experience has taught us that either there are no plans available, or there are fire action plans and inaccurate hand drawn plans that simply can't be relied upon".

They're aim is to provide measured surveys which are adaptable enough to be used by all facets of the property industry, whether it's for promotion of empty space for landlords or for fit-out companies pitching for potential projects.

These plans would be included into an online database, where info sheets (composed of a plan and photographs) can be viewed and downloaded in numerous formats.

The service was launched on 27th September 2004.
