Brett launches Provian Construction
Brett Group launch Provian Construction - the new name for its specialist Building and Civil Engineering subsidiary.
Brett Group, one of the largest independent construction and building materials groups in the UK, has today launched Provian Construction - the new name for Brett Construction, its specialist Building and Civil Engineering subsidiary As part of the launch, the senior management team of the construction business - Roger Maycock, Managing Director; Peter West, Building Director; Ian Jordan, Civil Engineering Director; and Vic Ellis, Commercial Director - also announced that they have acquired 25% of the company from the Brett Group

A series of interviews and focus groups were held with staff, customers, suppliers and opinion formers to create a list of keywords - all based on their perception of company values, character and future focus.
The re-brand is part of a strategy for continued structured growth, one that is further cemented by the Directors' acquisition of a 25% share in the Construction business.
Roger Maycock and his management team have led the development of the business over the last five years, establishing a very strong reputation in building and construction throughout the South East.
The company has a turnover of approximately GBP30m.
The buy-in demonstrates the management team's long-term commitment to the business.
The company remains a 75% owned subsidiary of Robert Brett and Sons based in Canterbury.
