Pod Property Solutions, has taken the lead role in the sale and distribution throughout the UK of the new SUDS solution developed by Mole Drainage.

South West property company, Pod Property Solutions, has taken the lead role in the sale and distribution throughout the UK of the new SUDS solution developed by Mole Drainage.

The new system, designed and developed by Mole Drainage, demonstrates some ground breaking advancements in storm water management.

In its most basic format, the prefabricated units give a cost effective and very efficient solution.

Each chamber is delivered ready to be lowered into position for a simple and fast, above ground installation.

The impressive holding capacity of the 100% internal void means that the system will be able to manage the heavy water flows associated with increasingly frequent heavy rain fall.

Filling a niche in the soak away market, the solution is also one of the few systems available allowing post installation above ground serviceability.

Because the system can be inspected, maintained, and de-silted if necessary, there is no need for adoption; each property can be required to take responsibility for its own unit.

The Mole system can also be used in conjunction with a water harvesting solution, using rainwater for grey water applications around the property such as flushing toilets and feeding outside water supplies.

As well as having a positive environmental impact by reducing the demand for treated water, using grey water where possible will also contribute to reducing escalating water bills.
