Natural wood and mosaic effect luxury vinyl tiles from the Expona art and design collection from Polyflor Ltd have been used by leading housebuilder Westbury Homes in a number of show homes in the Nottingham region including the new Solutions Centre at Bestwood, Nottingham.

The Leicester show home at this development features a pebble effect floor, whilst blonde timber effect tiles are installed in the kitchen, hallway and ground floor cloakroom of The Dartford showhome and in the kitchen of The Leicester showhome.

These products are from the Expona Premium Edition range.

The Expona art and design collection provides designers with innovative and exclusive design options - including 101 wood effect, stone effect and art and design colourways and featuring textured and embossed finishes for the authentic look and feel of the materials - which help to create stunning visuals and a distinctively stylish appearance.

A comprehensive range of classic motifs, decorative borders, inlays and feature strips complements these standard design options, with a bespoke design service catering for total originality.

Available in a variety of tile and plank sizes in 3mm gauge with a 0.7mm wear layer, the Polyflor Expona art and design collection is a heavy commercial range with a minimum wear life of 10 years.

The floorcovering features a specially formulated polyurethane surface treatment, providing an excellent foundation for on-going maintenance regimes and leading to significant maintenance cost savings.
