Bold, bright colours available from the Polyflor 2000 PUR range of polish-free, low maintenance sheet vinyl floorcoverings.

Bold, bright colours from the Polyflor 2000 PUR range of polish-free, low maintenance sheet vinyl floorcoverings - from commercial flooring specialist Polyflor - have been used to inset a hopscotch motif and random letters of the alphabet in a classroom at St Wulstan's and St Edmund's School in Fleetwood, Lancashire The designs were created via the Polyflor Expressions Design Service which uses computerised water jet cutting techniques to create precise shapes and styles for inlaid decoration

Ideal for schools, hospitals, offices, shops and stores and institutional applications, Polyflor 2000 PUR offers a range of 20 visually refreshed multi-tone shades, each featuring two base shades and two highlight tones.

The product is available in sheet and tile and in two gauges - 2mm and 2.5mm - to cater for differing traffic levels.

Polyflor 2000 PUR features homogeneous monolayer construction for 100% useful life, plus a high quality polyurethane reinforcement which, combined with a superior closed surface finish, can cut maintenance costs by up to 48% by facilitating a low cost, polish-free maintenance regime for the lifetime of the floorcovering.

The product has been independently tested and results demonstrate that it inhibits the growth of MRSA.

An effective cleaning regime is, however, the most important defence against infection.

Polyflor 2000 PUR meets the performance requirements of EN 649 and, fully tested to fire safety standard EN 13501-1, is certified as Class Bfl-S1, achieving the criteria EN ISO 9239-1 8kw/m2 and the mandatory requirement of EN ISO 11925-2 pass.

In common with all Polyflor sheet vinyl floorcoverings, Polyflor 2000 PUR can be welded at the seams and to coved skirtings to create continuous, impervious surfaces which offer no sanctuary to dirt and bacteria.
