Colonia Homeline from Polyflor, vinyl tiles for the housing sector, are keeping in step with government's Decent Homes strategy by providing affordable quality and style.

An innovative range of affordable, design-led luxury vinyl tiles for the housing sector - the Colonia Homeline collection - has been developed by commercial flooring specialist Polyflor .

"This adds another significant dimension to our housing offer which already includes decorative, low maintenance heavy duty vinyl, wet area and general use sheet vinyl safety floors and our recently introduced acoustic flooring collections," says Polyflor marketing manager Simon James.

Colonia Homeline is suitable for all areas of the home, from kitchens and bathrooms to living rooms and bedrooms.

Each design in the portfolio of planks and tiles is a reproduction of a natural flooring material, developed to enhance the ambience of any living interior.

Combining traditional styles with contemporary effects, muted colours with more bold and expressive shades, the Colonia Homeline collection also includes a variety of attractive borders, corners and feature strips for maximum design flexibility.

Suitable for use with underfloor heating, the new range has been developed to meet the highest technical specification for domestic use.
