Coloured quartz, aluminium oxide and silicon carbide particles are incorporated within the product for improved traction and safety underfoot.
As well as meeting the performance requirements of EN13845 and being BBA Agrement certified as G5ws, Polysafe Standard conforms to HSE guidelines, achieving a sustainable slip resistance value of 36 on the RRL Pendulum wet test (Four-S/Slider 96 rubber) and a surface roughness of Rz 20um.
Fully tested to fire safety standard EN 13501-1, Polysafe Standard is certified as Class Bfl-S1, achieving the criteria EN ISO 9239-1 8kw/m and the mandatory requirement of EN ISO 11925-2 pass.
In common with all Polysafe vinyl floorcoverings, Polysafe Standard is flexible, for easy fitting, welding and site-formed coving and can also be welded at the seams and to coved skirtings to create continuous, impervious surfaces.
