Poulton Remedial Services were employed to carry out extensive decoration to the 1900's building and Remedial Wall Tie Installation to the 1960's building.

Helifix DryFix Remedial Wall Ties were used for their discrete and speedy installation, and proven efficiency.

Helifix Helibeam System repairs have been carried out to 20 rear elevation lintels at low cost, creating masonry beams within the brickwork above the openings.

These works have removed the need for any re-building of severely damaged arches, or installation of traditional lintels.

Poulton Remedial Services have been on site since the start of April 2004.

The front elevations of the 1900's and 1960's have been completed, and works are steaming ahead on the rear elevations.

The repairs/decorations are running ahead of schedule despite several extra items having been identified on site.

The front facade of the 1960's has given a superb facelift to an attractive building, and transformed the appearance of the whole street.
