First contract for new Estates
Management Service
Powerminster Gleeson Services has won its first major contract for its new Estates Management Plus service, provide for three developments of apartments across South Yorkshire.
The contract with West Yorkshire based Hazel Homes will cover 50 properties within three apartment complexes - Primrose House in Hillsborough, Sheffield, Windsor Court in Barnsley and Manse Farm Mews in Cudworth Powerminster Gleeson Services will provide maintaining external lighting and fixture repairs in communal areas, maintenance of lifts and CCTV, grounds maintenance, re-decoration, window cleaning and communal cleaning for these developments

The contract comes just one month after Powerminster Gleeson Services launched Estates Management Plus - a comprehensive new service for property developers, property managers, landlords, and tenants/owners to take care of all their estates management needs.
Estates Management Plus is a complete facilities and estates management package for the residential property sector, which incorporates the standard communal services of an estates management package with the availability of both planned and reactive maintenance services to meet the residents' maintenance requirements.
