Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Nov 8, 2007

Preverco, a leading manufacturer of high-end, Canadian hardwood flooring, announces its unique wire-scraped finish that adds richness and texture to any setting.

Preverco's new wire-scraped finish results in textured hardwood flooring that is one-of-a-kind in appearance.

Ideal for urban locations, these textured floors offer rustic appeal with chic colors that equate to both an attractive look and feel.

Addressing summer and fall color trends for 2007, Preverco's two color wire-scraped finish is available in six shades.

Cool grey and silver tones are found with the company's Serengeti and Casablanca stains.

Chameleon colors Madagascar, Kilimanjaro and Cape Verde show hints of brown, green and grey, depending on how the light strikes them.

The Zebra finish features a bold and distinctive black and white scheme befitting of current furniture and design trends.

The new wire-scraped finish is offered with both Preverco's Original Series and the Engenius Series of engineered hardwood.

The Original Series is available in 3/4 inch thickness in widths of 3 1/4 and 5 inches, while the Engenius Series is 1/2 inch thick in widths of 3 1/4 and 5 3/16 inches.
