Wastewater Disposal Unit Features Hot Water Option

The disposal of wastewater from sources located below drains level can be efficiently handled by the PumpMaster - Xtra package.

This is designed to handle multiple inverts from industrial and utility sinks, washing machines and dishwashers etc, where large volumes of wastewater are generated with the need for high flow disposal rates.

Typical applications include restaurants, commercial kitchens and canteens, pubs and bars, utility rooms, laundries, shops, hospitals, schools and laboratories as well as a wide range of factories, workshops and industrial process applications.

The PumpMaster - Xtra package comprises a 35 litre capacity tank moulded from food grade GRP with a polyester gel coating which gives it an easy clean finish.

This encloses a high lift submersible pump, and is equipped with multiple 40mm (1.1/2") inlets together with a single 32mm (1.1/4") heavy-duty plastic discharge pipe and a brass non-return valve.

An odour trap is provided and the tank lid incorporates stainless snap down fixings.

Optional fittings included an in-line filter and high water-level alarm, together with a pump alternative suitable for use with high liquid temperatures.

Two three-phase and three single-phase pump options are available.

These are suitable as standard for water temperatures of 40deg - 60C with the hot water option accommodating 90C.

Lifts in excess of 10 metres are possible with flow rates of 4 litres/sec at room height.

The stainless steel pump motors are fitted with vortex impellers to handle 30mm solids.

The unit is not suitable for sewage applications.

All motors have class F insulation, IP68 protection, lubricated for life shaft bearings and feature oil filled motor housings for heat dissipation.
