Pump Industry Awards for innovation and achievement, energy saving, engineering excellence, customer care and employee motivation.
The search is on for winners Do you know of anyone in the pump (and related products) industries who deserves to be recognised for the work that they do? If the answer is yes then read on, because it could be the first step towards them winning one of this year's Pump Industry Awards which are this year being held in November, in association with the BPMA, World Pumps and Process and Control magazine

Pump Industry Awards finalists announced
Pump Industry Awards received a record response, with over 80 nominations reflecting the breadth of pump and system engineering and innovation across the globe.
Now in their sixth year, the Pump Industry Awards are firmly established as THE event for the pump industry, recognising and promoting best practice in the key areas of manufacture and supply including; innovation and achievement, energy saving, engineering excellence, customer care and employee motivation.
We are now calling for entries in all of the award categories, for achievements which took place or were completed during 2006/07/08.
The judging panel will be looking for evidence of genuine excellence, both measurable and memorable, and for guidance notes and an entry form, please visit our dedicated website.

Entry guidelines.
It's easy to enter so there are no excuses for missing out on this prestigious event in the pump industry calendar.
You may enter as many categories as you wish and you may nominate your own company, or another that you know or work with.
Category finalists will be promoted throughout September and October 2008 when the online voting facility will be available to your supporters - all you have to do is make sure that they vote for you! All completed entries must be received by no later than 17.00 on Monday 30th May 2008 with all supporting material arriving at the Datateam offices by Tuesday 3rd June 2008.
All entries will be judged by a panel of independent adjudicators whose decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with respect to those decisions.
The winners will be announced at the awards dinner on 19th November 2008.

Scheduled for the evening of 19th November 2008 the awards dinner promises to be an event not to be missed.
Guests at the black tie event will enjoy a superb Champagne reception followed by some great food and wine, an exciting awards ceremony and superb after-dinner entertainment.
And if that's not enough you will be encouraged to join us in the bar for more drinking and networking until the early hours when a Survivor's Breakfast will be served at 02.00 for those still enjoying the party!
