Pyramid show its true colours to installers

Synseal fabricator Pyramid Windows is offering PVCu windows, doors, and conservatories in a complete range of RAL colours.

The Norwich based fabricator has recently invested in a second purpose built paint spray facility to cope with increased demand.

The company offers colour bonded frames and roofs in all 1,900 colours available from the RAL spectrum.

The market for colour has grown dramatically in the last few years but systems companies have been slow to offer colour foiled profiles, and even those that do limit the range.

Pyramid sales director Ian Cowling believes the market is largely untapped; "we don't limit our customers to only a handful of colours on selected profiles".

"Our method of colour bonding means the whole frame is sprayed which is simply not possible with foils".

"Consumers can see the difference, and with a much wider range of colours available installers have a competitive advantage.

The recession may be biting, but as Spring approaches you can be sure that many homeowners - unable to move with the current property slump - will be thinking about a conservatory.

Offering a conservatory in a choice of colours could enable many installers to increase sales and profit margins.

The commercial market also presents increased opportunities as coloured windows and doors are more commonplace than the domestic sector.
