Cadnet offer unique service for the production of 3D building models for EPC suppliers capable of undertaking both Level 3/4 (SBEM) and level 5 Dynamic Simulation Model (DSM) assessments.

The company offers EPC suppliers the opportunity to dramatically increase the output of their accredited certification team's by freeing them from the chore of producing building models and let them focus on the production of energy performance certificates.

Cadnet will produce accurate models of any Level 3, 4 or 5 building carefully taking account of the geometry and complexity of the structure to ensure the resulting energy performance certificate truly reflects the building's energy rating.

They can zone the serviced areas of the building or zone areas according to hand marked survey sketches from site data capture.

In addition to the energy model Cadnet can also deliver a detailed Building Information Model (BIM) for future development and design purposes.
