NBS recognises Qualicoat powder coat
finishes
The Qualicoat standard for architectural powder coat finishes has been recognised by the 'National Building Standard' and is being recommended to all specifiers.
NBS specification Z31, clause 240, recommends that architectural powder coating is to be applied by a recognised applicator who is a member of the Qualicoat UK and Ireland quality assurance scheme or one of many Qualicoat registered powder coaters across Europe Commonplace across Europe since 1986 and now a well known powder coating quality standard, the UK and Ireland's users and specifiers are now adopting the Qualicoat assurance scheme, as it not only offers an exceptional quality finish, but it is also independently tested by Bodycote
