Robinson Willey has not only restructured its Sales and Customer Support operations, the company has created a new department dedicated to the field of Technical Services.

To further demonstrate commitment to its expanding customer base, leading gas and electric heating company, Robinson Willey, has not only restructured its Sales and Customer Support operations, the company has created a new department dedicated to the field of Technical Services Further, the company is making significant investment in state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management computer systems

Headed by Tracey Falshaw who occupies the newly-created position of Marketing and Customer Support Manager, RW's Sales and Customer Support operations will now provide customers with a personalised and intensive support service that includes the processing of all sales orders, one-to-one help and advice, dealing with specific enquiries and the provision of extensive marketing support.

As well as responding to general technical queries, the new Technical Services department will also offer a bespoke heating system design service as a means of ensuring that optimum heating solutions are created across a variety of end use applications.

All departments boast increased staffing levels, together with new operational procedures and extended opening hours.

RW's Managing Director, Colin Pemberton, explains: "In today's competitive marketplace, customer service has become something of a cliche and it seems that everyone is 'doing it'".

"However, customer service is not a 'one size fits all' process and our one-to-one approach will now enable us to provide a support function that is tailored to suit individual customer needs and specifier requirements." He added: "The increasing complexity and compliance with the latest Building Regulations concerning heating and ventilating equipment requires technical competence".

"The specification of the correct product range to ensure environmental issues are addressed is important, as energy efficiency, reduced operating costs and carbon emission reductions are clear requirements for future development".

All RW heating appliances are fully compliant with the latest legislation standards with regard to energy consumption and efficiency and, indeed in many cases, exceed such requirements by a considerable margin.
