UK tool manufacturer Rollins Bulldog Tools has been awarded 'The Certificate of Commendation' at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show for their display of Bulldog Garden tools, stand design and presentation The Bulldog stand was assessed by judges who only give certificates for those exhibitor's stands which are staged to an exceptionally high standard
