New Radiodetection and Pearpoint
products at IWEX

Radiodetection has begun a new revolution in pipe and cable locating with the launch of the RD4000, the world's first web-enabled pipe and cable locating system.

At the SED2003 exhibition, Radiodetection will be showing an impressive display of pipe locating and inspection equipment for construction and hire industries.

Users of the GatorCam2 will also have the opportunity to upgrade to a digital system.
Radiodetection is also launching the GatorCam Digital+ control module that will add significant features and benefits to their existing equipment, without the expense of buying a complete new system.
Also on the stand will be details of Pearpoint's newly commissioned mobile service vans.
Equipped with the latest technology, these mobile workshops allow the Pearpoint team to repair the majority of the Pearpoint inspection range and provide a comprehensive maintenance service on site.
This is the third series of vans to be operated by Pearpoint and the service is ideal for busy companies with large numbers of systems ready for servicing and calibrating.

As well as the new products, Radiodetection's leading range of underground pipe and cable locators will be demonstrated on the stand.
This includes the C.A.T3 cable avoidance tool that quickly and easily locates underground buried utilities.
Now with a new AvoidanceScan feature that substantially speeds up pre-dig survey times, the C.A.T3 range is used by companies and contractors throughout the water industry.
Also on show will be the RD4000 high- end pipe and cable locator.
This sophisticated, yet easy to use locator is used for locating utilities, marking for construction, mapping or fault finding.
And from Pearpoint there will also be a host of innovative pipeline inspection solutions.
Using Pearpoint's camera systems, drain inspections and cleaning tasks can be carried out in pipes from 100mm in diameter right up to 1200mm.
Equipment on show will include Pearpoint's mini mainline tractor system and the new flexiprobe modular push-rod system.
Members of Radiodetection's highly-knowledgeable sales teams will also be on hand to answer any queries on pipeline inspection or location.
