REHAU strengthens presence at Building Centre
REHAU has opened a large new exhibition area at the Building Centre, London to showcase its range of polymer solutions for energy and water management and building infrastructure.
The new exhibition area is on the ground floor of the Building Centre in the space previously occupied by the bookshop.
The main focus is on a specially commissioned cross-sectional building model which shows the application of REHAU's energy efficient windows and curtain walling systems, underfloor heating systems which promote low energy use, ground air heat exchangers and ground source heating for renewable energy production.
Alongside the model are graphical displays also demonstrating typical applications of REHAU's polymer solutions for storm water management and rainwater harvesting and civil engineering pipework.
REHAU has had an office in the Building Centre since 2005 from where its major projects team liaises closely with the capital's architects and consultants on the specification of REHAU products in both new build and refurbishment schemes.
Mike Moseley, Major Projects Manager at REHAU, is delighted with the new facility.
He says: "The new exhibition area is open to everyone visiting the Building Centre and gives them a real, tangible sense of REHAU's strength and innovation in the construction market.
As well as hosting meetings, we will also be organising CPD seminars in the new space and using it for product launches and demonstrations.
"In the sustainability sector in particular, REHAU sees huge potential for its range of polymer solutions and this high profile investment is a reflection of that.".
