Fire and flood restoration specialist extend range
The Revival Company, the fire and flood restoration specialists, is extending a range of its quality high net worth systems to the mid net worth market.
The mid net worth (MNW) offer that Revival is now providing has been adapted from their already very successful high net worth systems (HNW) package, but with a number of significant cost saving initiatives for insurance companies, these being:.
* Revival will report back if they feel that under insurance is a problem.
If Revival has delegated authority up to a certain amount it saves the additional cost of reporting and then returning to do the work.
* When requested by principals Revival will advise if they consider a loss adjuster is required, which may represent a significant saving.
* Clients that are categorised by the principal as MNW would benefit from:.
- a 8 hour response time.
In emergency situations or when it is established further loss will be mitigated, an even earlier response time is promised.
- The expertise of The Revival Company's highly skilled operators, but will not require the assessment and project management skills of senior managers.
Revival will work to strict agreed schedules; carrying out all tasks agreed at the outset e.g - The disposal of written-off items only when specifically agreed with the insurer (HNW clients are provided with a disposal service).
- It will be up to the insured to supply an inventory of what has been disposed of.
- Revival will not supply photographs unless specifically requested.
The Revival Company has been operating in all sectors of the disaster management market over the last 25 years, but they are best known for their work in the high profile HNW market.
This reputation has been achieved through the company's constant focus of delivering exceptional customer service.
Graham Orriss, Managing Director of The Revival Company, says: "We are already a preferred contractor for the Halifax Council scheme for Norwich Union and the new Direct Claims scheme for RSA.
Both these schemes deal with MNW insurance policies".
"We have now put a complete package together that offers the high quality service that you would expert from the Revival Company but with a number of significant cost saving initiatives which will certainly benefit a number of our existing and prospective clients." Indeed, one company who have already benefited from the new package, are GAB Robins, a leader in global risk management services.
Angela Royston, spokesperson for GAB Robins, says: "We offer one of the world's most comprehensive networks of loss adjusting".
"Because of this we work in various markets, one being MNW.
We needed a package that we could offer to our clients that covered fire and flood restoration with low cost implications but a guaranteed quality service of work - what Revival have come up with is certainly it!" All of Revival's clients benefit from the systems and workforce that operate nationally, these being:.
- Uniformed staff in sign written vehicles.
- The same fully trained staff.
- Nationwide coverage.
- 24 hour service.
- The same leading edge technology and equipment.
- The same line reporting and invoicing system.
