Market leading asbestos removal company, Rhodar, has appointed Matt Thorne as Assistant Project Manager for Rhodar South West.

Market leading asbestos removal company, Rhodar, has appointed Matt Thorne as Assistant Project Manager for Rhodar South West Part of the Leeds-based Lexia Solutions Group, Rhodar provides asbestos abatement services to both public and private sector organisations throughout the UK

Somerset man, Matt, aims to build on and expand the company's presence in the South West of England.

Working as a key member in the project team under Regional Manager Andy Roberts, Matt will ensure contracts run smoothly, to deadline and within budget.

His role will involve all resource management on asbestos projects for key clients.

Matt, who was promoted from within the company, has worked for Rhodar since 2005.

His expertise in managing Rhodar's plant and machinery on major projects, has paved the way for this new and exciting role in such a critical and emotive field of asbestos removal.

Commenting on his appointment, Matt says: "This is an opportunity for me to implement new ideas to move the business forward".
