Roof-Pro has been commissioned to design and manufacture a non-penetrative support for a roofing refurbishment of a west London office.
The facilities team at Carillion Services were keen to specify a solution for supporting services that would eliminate any future risk of leaks from penetration detailing and potential overloading of the roof's waterproofing.
Roof-Pro's design team worked with the project team to present a range of support solutions for the pipes and duct work over the roof , each designed to support the services with future access to the roof in mind to prevent the need to decommission services in the event of future maintenance access.
