Roof-pro Systems support for building services

Roof-Pro has been commissioned to design and manufacture a non penetrative support solution for Carillion Services, roofing refurbishment of their west London head office.

With time left to run on the buildings lease and the roof in need of refurbishing.

The facilities team at Carillion were keen to specify a solution for supporting services that would eliminate any future risk of leaks from penetration detailing and potential overloading of the roofs waterproofing.

Roof-Pro design team worked with the project team to present a range of support solutions for the pipes and duct work over the roof , each designed to support the services with future access to the roof in mind to prevent the need to decommission services in the event of future maintenance access.
