New Director of Ross + Liddell

Ross + Liddell have appointed Brian W.Fulton FFB, MIRPM as a director of the firm with core responsibility for property management.

Ross + Liddell, the property people, have appointed Brian W.Fulton FFB, MIRPM as a director of the firm with core responsibility for property management.

Mr Fulton will continue to be located in Paisley, where he has worked in property management for nearly 30 years.

A fellow of the Faculty of Building, a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and a member of the Property Managers Association Scotland, Mr Fulton joined Ross + Liddell in 1988.

He is currently a Director of the Grocers Society, Paisley and a past Director of the Merchant and Trades Society of Paisley.

Of his appointment, Mr Fulton said, "I am delighted to become a director of Ross + Liddell at what is an exciting time for both the company and the property market within Paisley and look forward to continuing to provide our clients with our comprehensive range of property management services".

Ross + Liddell currently employs a staff of 80 from offices in Paisley, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Company turnover is approaching GBP3 million.

Recent years have seen the firm expand the range of residential and commercial property services it provides, including property management, estate agency, surveys, valuations, rent reviews, letting, insurance and building surveying.
