Interest in a new development of business units at Tewkesbury Business Park in Gloucestershire has been so strong that developer Robert Hitchins Limited has embarked on plans for a further scheme at the same location.

Already six of the eight business units at the 64 Hundred scheme have been sold giving Cheltenham-based Robert Hitchins the confidence to bring forward development of seven further units, collectively known as 42 Hundred, within the Park.

Indeed, three of the seven units at 42 Hundred - which range from 2,150 sq ft (200 sq m) to 6,600 sq ft (613 sq m) - have themselves already been sold off plan, well in advance of their completion date of January 2006.

Mark Durand, senior development surveyor at Robert Hitchins, commented: "We have been absolutely delighted with the interest in these units and the fact that nine in total at the two schemes have already been sold, We are confident that the others will also be snapped up quickly given the quality of the accommodation and its prime location".

Tewkesbury Business Park is located around one mile from Junction 9 of the M5 motorway, and has already attracted occupiers such as G4 Technology, Corus, Duraflex and Severn Vale Housing Association.

The units are available on either a freehold or leasehold basis.
