The plain white tile with no visible grid - giving the room an exclusive but minimalistic appearance keeping within the dealerships strict design requirements matching the cars in the showroom and making sure that the focus stays on the cars.
Having considered several other ceiling systems the ceiling contractor, P.Harvey and Son., decided that Rockfon Sonar was exactly what their client was looking for Chris from P.Harvey says, "Sonar has a lightly textured, white painted matt surface which gives the all over clean and crisp appearance desired by the client".
"The tiles were easily installed onto Rockfon's concealed grid system, and has the same ease of access to the ceiling void as a lay-in system".
Chris goes onto say, "This is a very good system, both in terms of product quality and installation, and we will recommend Rockfon to our clients in the future." Rockfon Sonar is a high-density stone wool tile that combines a superior quality finish with excellent performance in terms of sound absorption, fire safety and humidity resistance.
Sonar Silence ceilings provide even higher levels of sound attenuation, thanks to gypsum or aluminium foil on the back of the panel, helping to create the optimal acoustic environment for installations such as lecture theatres, music rooms and large classrooms.
