New faces for the Rockfon Management
Team
Rockfon, the UK ceiling systems division of Rockwool International, recently announced the appointment of three new members to its UK Management Team.
From 1st November 2007, Jason Hemingway took up the post of Managing Director for Rockfon UK Jason, 36, from Halifax, began his career with the Rockwool Group in 2005, following several years working in various sales management positions within the construction and finishes industry

His most recent assignment was as Regional Sales and Alliance Director within Rockfon UK for the North and Ireland region.
Taking over from Jason as Regional Sales Manager, North and Ireland is Scott Challoner who has been with the company for nearly 4 years, following promotion from his role as Senior Technical Consultant.
Scott will now work closely with the Northern team in delivering high quality services to the region.
In the South, Alastair Wilson has been appointed as Regional Sales Manager, having been with Rockfon for just over a year.
With more than 10 years experience in the ceiling tile industry, including a spell in the Middle East and Africa, Alastair has contributed greatly to the success of Rockfon in the short time he has been with the company.
Commenting on his appointment as MD, Jason said: "I am delighted to have the opportunity to build on our strong foundations and drive our business to the next level in the UK.
I am excited about the opportunities we have, and working closely with the UK Management Team, we are fully equipped to meet the challenges ahead".
"We have an outstanding workforce with a strong team ethos and it is with this strength we can continue to grow and enhance our reputation as an industry leader".
In addition to the new faces on the Management Team, Manjit Ponja has also been recently promoted to the position of Customer Services Team Leader, a very important and key strategic role for the company.
