Roto has introduced two new high performance DoorLine hinges to its range of door hardware.

Designed to offer the ultimate in security, performance and convenience, the hinges are the result of focused research and development by the company's technical departments to satisfy the needs of the PVC-U door market and withstand the rigours of the UK climate, whilst providing the fabricator and installer with a product that is easy to fit and adjust.

Roto DoorLine hinges are suitable for left and right-handed doors and are available as 85mm (PS 23) for sash weights up to 80kg and 105mm (PS27) for sash weights up to 120kg in sizes to suit a variety of sash-frame overlap heights.

The hinges' security performance is assured by their high strength and the incorporation of a special, patented rebate safety device that resists attempts to unhinge or jemmy the door.

The larger, 105mm hinge is certificated to the exacting requirements of SKG* security.

Precision engineering ensures that the hinges perform perfectly time after time.

Self-lubrication and 100% rust-free materials reduce maintenance requirements and assure lasting good looks.

Supplied as standard in a choice of white, caramel or dark brown powder-coated finishes, the hinges will suit the majority of door systems.

Other RAL colour finishes will be available dependent on order quantities.

Fitting and adjustment have been given paramount importance in the development of the new DoorLine hinges; Once fitted, hinge adjustment is effected quickly and easily by Allen key and includes three dimensional adjustment, large adjustment ranges, stepless lateral and height adjustment and gasket-compression adjustment.
