Rockdoor offers security and strength which is why One Vision Housing has selected the leading composite door for a housing improvement project in Sefton, Liverpool One Vision Housing is an independent, not for profit, local housing association that took over social housing from Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council in October 2006

After three years as a supplier to the council, Rockdoor was put forward as a supplier to One Vision Housing.

One Vision Housing Senior Project Manager Mark Howard explains why Rockdoor was their door of choice.

"Rockdoor offers high quality products which are easy to fit and easy to maintain," says Mark.

"PVC-U is more serviceable than timber as there is no differential movement." The high security aspect of Rockdoor was also a major consideration in choosing the product.

"Our tenants want to feel safe", he explains.

"Also, most of our tenants live in traditional buildings and are looking for something extra in a replacement door".

"Installing the Rockdoor offers them just that - security matched with style." One Vision Housing will be improving doors and windows at 925 homes to the Decent Homes Standard during Phase One of its 4 year improvement programme which aims to provide high quality homes in thriving communities where people have a sense of pride of place.
