It offers specifiers, developers and contractors the advantages of a thin leading edge tile, with the stylish appearance of a plain rounded edge European design.
This thinner leading edge provided an accurate representation of the more traditional products in the vicinity.
Its smooth, matt finish provided an elegant accompaniment to the surroundings whilst satisfying strict planning restrictions.
A simulated centre joint gives the impression of 2 small tiles whilst covering a large area.
In addition to offering quicker installation, this feature also results in the use of fewer tiles and therefore provided a commercially viable price that met the requirements of both the developer and the local planning department.
The Lothian is part of the Imperial Range from Russell Roof Tiles and is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of British Standards EN 490:1994 and EN 491:1994.
The range is guaranteed for a period of sixty years from the date of supply (subject to the normal terms of guarantee) and is backed by the provision of Russell's high-speed delivery service, which offers delivery to site in around 4-5 days from receipt of order.
