Having already used Spaceway for a previous successful fit-out, Cliff Poulter had no hesitation in turning to the company again when Initial City Link decided to relocate to larger premises.
Spaceway was asked to develop a space efficient design that not only provided ample warehousing but also a reception area, control room, offices and meeting room.
In order to accommodate Initial City Link's requirements Spaceway's design team put forward plans that incorporated a large FlooriTall mezzanine floor into the design.

This provided plenty of room for storage, leaving the large warehouse area for the easy movement of trucks, vans and parcels.
Office accommodation was then built underneath the mezzanine.
Once the structural work had been completed, Spaceway then set about creating new office accommodation.
The reception area, control room, accounts office and meeting room were fitted out and an office created for the Managing Director within an open plan area by installing fully glazed Komfort partitioning.
The project was finished off with gas central heating, lighting and data cabling being supplied to all office areas.
"When we relocated to new premises 8 years ago, Spaceway undertook the fit-out of our premises and we were so impressed with their service that we had no hesitation in going back to them", said Cliff Poulter.
"They have done a fantastic job again and we are delighted with our new facility".

The Franchise covers North Hampshire including the conurbations of Basingstoke, Farnborough and Fleet.
