HCP, a division of SAS International, has launched a new radiant heating brochure.

Ceiling mounted Radiant Heated panels are recognised as one of the most comfortable and energy efficient forms of heating available, with outputs in the region of 480 to 500 w/m Manufactured from aluminium and copper, radiant heating panels offer a space saving, low maintenance and fully recyclable heating solution

Suitable for use in a wide variety of sectors, Radiant Heating panels can be integrated within a suspended ceiling or freely suspended in rafts.

They are an ideal space heating solution when low operating temperatures and rapid warm-up times are required.

As an easy reference guide, the Radiant Heating brochure covers how radiant heating systems work, suitable applications, performance data and technical descriptions of the HCP portfolio of heating products.

For further information, and to download a copy of the brochure, please visit www.hcp-sasint.co.uk.

HCP Radiant Heating systems are used in public buildings such as schools, and hospitals, in industrial scenarios such as warehouses and in commercial offices and reception areas.

Radiant Heating panels work using electromagnetic radiation and heat objects rather than air.

A good example is how the sun's rays have a warming effect, when coming out from a behind a cloud, even though the surrounding air temperature stays the same.

This means occupants feel the benefits of Radiant Heating quickly and energy isn't wasted bringing large volumes of air to a comfortable temperature.

Because of their low water content, rapid warm up times and effective heat transfer, they are an energy efficient alternative to traditional heating methods.

These improvements can help cut energy usage and meet the recent carbon emission cuts required by changes to the building regulations - Part L in England and Wales and Part J in Scotland.

Employing the most advanced computer controlled machinery HCP can efficiently manufacture both high volume and bespoke products to the highest quality standards.

An optional design, supply and installation service is available from HCP's in-house Project Management team.

HCP also specialises in the manufacture of a range of trench and perimeter heating products.
