Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Mar 12, 2010

HCP, the specialist heating division of SAS International, has launched an Integrated Service Panel which can incorporate Radiant Heating.

The product combines hygienic, space-saving and energy efficient heating with easily installed and maintained services.

The prefabricated panels are available in a wide range of sizes to meet specific requirements.

They can be integrated within a suspended ceiling or independently mounted.

Panels combine a radiant heat source with MandE services such as luminaries, pulse switches, PIR sensors and ventilation points.

Access hatches can be incorporated into the panels, providing easy access to the ceiling void, preventing damage during construction and maintenance periods.

The pre-tested integrated service panels can be slotted into the modular structure providing a flexible solution for a variety of environments from offices and classrooms through to modular bathrooms.

The combination of reduced energy consumption and maintenance requirements, with competitive initial capital costs, provides a heating system with a low whole life cycle costs.
