Maxilift passenger lifts selected by Wimpey

A Stannah product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Dec 15, 2008

George Wimpey has selected Stannah Lifts for all passenger lift requirements within its new homes development at the Bridge in Dartford, Kent.

According to Stannah, two-stop, eight- or six-person Maxilift MXL passenger lifts now give access to the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, ranged over four and five floors.

A brushed stainless steel finish inside and out is enhanced by a six-spot downlighter-effect suspended ceiling, half-height rear mirror, and complementary floor tiles.

The control panel is in the architrave at ground-floor level, which saves on space but makes maintenance access quick and easy.

Available with traction or hydraulic drive, structure-supported or wall-mounted models and with or without motor rooms, Stannah's Maxilift range of six- to 16-person passenger lifts caters for various building types, heights, restrictions and budgets and confers full DDA compliance.
