Sapa Building Systems has strengthened its Scottish connections with the appointment of Gerry Rafferty as Scottish Account Manager.

Gerry has a background in the window industry spanning over 20 years, holding senior specification roles with several major systems companies and with particularly strong links to the Scottish and Irish markets.

His most recent move to Sapa Building Systems will combine the responsibilities of account management with specification support and follows strong growth for Sapa throughout Scotland over the last two years.

Married to copywriter Candy, the couple have two sons, Ruaraidh 13, and Fintan 9.

Even when he is not working, Gerry's motivation and competitive drive is evident on Scotland's riverbanks, mountainsides and touchlines.
