ProRend Float and ProRend Prep are sand and cement based renders, high quality, ready mixed and dry bagged for consistency.

Both renders are multi purpose, suitable for either hand or spray application to be floated or sponge finished and are incredibly easy to work with.

In addition, these products are the perfect backing for ProRend Colourtex thincoat systems and are required for leveling uneven substrates prior to application of ProRend Colour scraped renders.

Float:.

ProRend Float is an incredibly lightweight multi purpose sand and cement render which can be hand or machine applied and will spray easily through any plastering machine.

It is premixed with multiple additives including: plastersizer, binding agents and lightweight mineral additives for better workability.

No more wastage or contamination, all material is bagged and palletized, so nothing is lost on site, whilst providing for protection and ease of movement, eliminating the inconvenience of silos.

This product can be applied in one coat to 7kn block, 3.5kn block, brickwork and lightweight blocks at 10-15mm.

Float is one of the most lightweight renders available today, with an astounding coverage of 1.2kg/mm thick/m2 so for a 10mm application equates to coverage of over 2 meters per 25kg bag.

Float can be used as an internal backing coat for skim/gypsum plasters or for internal tiling as well as being the ideal product to repair damaged sand and cement finishes.

Prep:.

ProRend Prep contains additives of the same nature as Float and is specifically designed to stabilize substrates of uneven suction, providing a stable substrate to receive a subsequent top coat of ProRend Colour or ProRend Colourtex and is a superb solution for over coating existing renders as it can be floated and sponged at a 4mm application.
