Salus announces major developments

Salus Controls is now wholly-owned by founder majority shareholder, Computime Group - a leading Asian-based global electronic controls specialist.

This latest move comes as a result of Computime acquiring Salus Controls plc's remaining equity interest for an undisclosed sum.

To coincide with this development, Dean Jepson has been promoted to the position of Managing Director, Salus Controls plc.

He will move the company forward in line with its overriding corporate objectives to expand Salus' presence across the UK and European heating control markets.

Both announcements are seen by Phil Cox, Computime Group 's President, Global Branded Products, as developments that will bring 'substantial benefits' to Salus and its expanding customer base.

"It has been our intention to change the face the of the UK heating controls market and develop Salus into a leading international brand".

"We are confident Dean's extensive experience in the heating and plumbing markets, combined with Computime's superior R and D, product design and global manufacturing facilities, will accelerate this process".
