Samsung announce new distributors of its new DVM Plus III air conditioning systems alongside the range of RAC solutions.

Samsung has announced the appointment of Dysk Air Conditioning, Easy Air Conditioning and Gallant Air Conditioning to a new line-up of distributors who will spearhead sales of its impressive new DVM Plus III air conditioning systems alongside the range of RAC solutions.

DVM Plus III is the new variant of Samsung's Digital Variable Multi - VRF - system which incorporates innovative technology to set new standards of performance and energy efficiency.

Samsung plans to grow its overall UK market share by promoting DVM Plus III nationally through Specialist Distribution Partners, and the new appointments represent a major advance in this business strategy.

Jon Pettitt, National Sales Manager for Samsung Air Conditioning, says with bases in the South East and Midlands, and branches in the North, the combination of Dysk, Easy and Gallant makes Samsung products and expertise readily available to specifiers and installers in the major areas.

"We are very pleased with the appointment of our new Specialist Distribution Partners Dysk, Easy and Gallant, who have excellent reputations in the marketplace and share our excitement about the potential for Samsung air conditioning systems in the UK," he says.

With offices in Hertfordshire and Leeds, Dysk Air Conditioning has established a solid track record of air conditioning solutions for all sectors.

Managing Director Andrew Skelton says Dysk works closely with both specifiers and contractors to help their clients select and apply the most appropriate systems.

"We are delighted to be offering the highly respected Samsung brand which adds an exciting new dimension to the range of products currently in our supply".

"I am particularly impressed with the DVM Plus III non-inverter VRF system which offers a real alternative choice for our customers".

"I am confident that the Samsung range of products will afford us some excellent new business opportunities," he says.

Midlands-based Easy Air Conditioning has a reputation for quality products and engineering expertise.

Managing Director Neal Gooding says DVM Plus III is a perfect fit for Easy's culture and it will attract considerable interest especially in the design and build contractor sector".

""In DVM Plus III, Samsung has successfully refined the VRF principle and replaced the inverter technology with digital scrolls to give a highly efficient and reliable alternative VRF system, complemented by its vast range of splits and multi systems which we are delighted to add to our product portfolio," he says.

Gallant Air Conditioning, based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, has already established the Samsung brand with specifiers, installers and end users.

Gallant's services include technical support, in house design and application and a state of the art installer training facility and a specialist marketing department to assist the installer.

Headed by Ted Berry, the Gallant team has more than 100 years' combined experience in air conditioning.

Technical Director, Paul Price, says: "The DVM range highlights three areas where Samsung scores over other brands: flexibility in design, ease of installation / maintenance and excellent energy efficiencies".

With its new Digital Hybrid technology, DVM Plus III yields COP ratings up to an industry-best 4.23.

It incorporates a Digital Vapour Injection (DVI) scroll compressor, vapour injection technology and a turbo intercooler.

Cooling and heating performance and energy efficiency are improved through two stage compression, improved refrigerant flow rates and enhanced sub-cooling, while the digital scroll compressor facilitates energy efficient operation across the output range from 10% to 100% - in sharp contrast to inverter technology where efficient capacity starts around 30% and increments can only be achieved in steps.
