Units offer air-conditioned sleep

Wall-mounted air-conditioning units from Samsung Vivace and Neo Forte can be used in commercial/residential environments, including offices, apartments, houses and hotels.

Models of both types are compatible with Samsung's RAC single split systems, FJM multi splits and DVM Plus III (VRF) systems.

Vivace and Neo Forte models range from 2.2kW to 7.1kW.

The Good Sleep II technology in Vivace and Neo Forte automatically adjusts temperatures during the sleep cycle.

The Samsung Good Sleep II controller gradually lowers the room temperature during the first stage of sleep, then raises it slightly for the sound sleep stage.

The temperature is raised again, in readiness for waking.

Multiple filters in Vivace and Neo Forte improve air quality by capturing and deactivating bacteria and unpleasant odours.

Heat exchanger fins are triple coated with Samsung's Silver Nano health system which ensures removal of condensation and guarantees production of clean, fresh air.

Vivace's technology generates active hydrogen atoms and oxygen ions.

This Micro Plasma Ion technology protects against harmful particles and airborne viruses.

Vivace and Neo Forte are both extremely energy-efficient, with coefficients of performance (COP) ratings up to 4.1 (Vivace) and 3.63 (Neo Forte).

Both are compact, each ranging in size from 825 x 285 x 189mm to 1,065 x 298 x 218mm, and weighing between 8kg and 13kg.

In addition to two pipe heat pump installations, Vivace and Neo Forte can be used with three pipe heat-recovery systems from the Samsung DVM Plus III range.
