SCC supports Scottish Enterprise programme
The SCC would like to draw your attention to Scottish Enterprise's Managing People for Growth programme that will run from August to December 2010.
This programme is designed to help organisations maximise the potential of people managers by enabling them to become fully effective and to give them the tools and attitudes to continue to develop throughout their career.
'Managing People for Growth' is designed to be of value to a wide range of people, including new managers, more experienced managers who have had little or no formal management training, or as a refresher for experienced managers.
Within the programme there are four mandatory workshops, four optional workshops and an optional review session.
The workshops start on 18 August 2010 in the South of Scotland and 31 August 2010 in the West of Scotland.
More Scottish regions will join the programme in the near future.
