As well as providing the benefits and applications of the truload system, the CD Rom contains a detailed 3D animation of how truload works to remove the inaccuracies from the fastener tightening process.
A video demonstration shows truload in action.
This demonstration on a 4 bolt flange shows the large variance in bolt load when using torque compared to the accuracies achieved when using the truload system.
The load bearing on each bolt is monitored using the truload system with the read out clearly readable and explained throughout the demonstration.
The impressive results clearly prove that truload can indeed take a load off your mind, demonstrating a reduction in the variance in the bolt load from 75% to less than 3% when using truload.
