The new Breezair ICON is the worlds quietest evaporative cooler.

Global market leader in evaporative cooling, Seeley International (Europe) , has launched the super quiet Breezair ICON range, a new generation of centrifugal fan evaporative coolers, which will be even more reliable, and maintenance free.

Also very economical to run, they consume up to 40% less power than conventional ducted evaporative air conditioning systems and up to 90% less than refrigerated units.

The quiet operation of the ICON units makes them particularly suitable for commercial and retail installations where fan/motor noise might be a problem.

Incorporating all of the features that have made Breezair the worlds most advanced evaporative cooling system, the ICON utilises a super efficient, patented, "Hushpower" permanent magnet motor.

Advanced electronic controls, managing and monitoring the motor, ensures that the system operates at its optimum efficiency at all times.

It even adjusts motor speed automatically to cope with different ducting systems and back pressures.

These direct drive units reduce the potential servicing and maintenance problems previously experienced with conventional belt driven systems.

As there are fewer parts, servicing costs are reduced.

This enables the units to provide greater reliability and improved customer and installer satisfaction.

The aesthetically pleasing Breezair ICON will supersede the established and successful EA series.

In addition to the features previously found in the EA units, the Breezair ICON will also include an auto drain facility that monitors water quality, a Tornado pump and long-life Chillcell pads.

Environmentally friendly, the Breezair ICON is emission free whilst still providing excellent cooling properties and ventilation with minimal energy consumption.

The units allow a constant natural flow of 100% fresh air to be drawn into the building and then expelled.

Odours, germs and airborne contaminants are removed and not re-circulated around the building thereby negating the chances of sick building syndrome.

As the temperature outside rises, the Breezair ICON's cooling capacity increases, ensuring that the building remains at a comfortable temperature.

The system also keeps the air moist which helps reduce problems associated with dry air conditions such as headaches, asthma attacks, static electricity, and general discomfort.
