Breezair takes the heat out of plastics factory

Asset Demo has installed the state-of-the-art Breezair evaporative air conditioning system from leading air movement company, Seeley International (Europe).

A constant flow of naturally cooled air at Asset Demo's factory in Earl Shilton near Leicester has reduced summer temperatures from a sweltering 30 degrees C plus to a comfortable 22 degrees C.

The company has installed the state-of-the-art Breezair evaporative air conditioning system from leading air movement company, Seeley International (Europe).

Specified by dust and fume specialist, Air Plants, the Breezair system has drastically improved working conditions within the factory resulting in greater productivity for the company.

Producing point of sale material for the shop and automotive trade, Asset Demo's three injection moulding and five vacuum forming machines caused temperatures in summer to rise to uncomfortable levels.

Fumes and a lack of ventilation exacerbated the stifling atmosphere in the 3,000 square foot factory.

Turning to Air Plants to find an economic solution, the company calculated that just one Breezair EA Air Cooler would be capable of providing sufficient cool, fresh air to overcome the problem.

Installed on an outside wall with air ducted through the wall and via a grill into the factory the Breezair machine has reduced temperatures, removed fumes and provided a steady flow of cooled air.

"The system took just a day to be fitted", said Lee Leverton, Works Manager at Asset Demo.

"Now we are really enjoying the benefits of the Breezair system with excellent working conditions and greater productivity from our staff".

The only company to provide a full range of evaporative air coolers for a cross section of industries and applications, Seeley International's RPX, EA, TBA, ICON and Mobile air coolers incorporate the most advanced evaporate cooling technology in the world.

The systems are economic to install, provide healthier working conditions and consume far less energy than conventional air-conditioning systems.

Far more versatile than standard cooling methods, Breezair is capable of providing sufficient cool air to drive all the hot air out of the building.

As fresh air is continually drawn from outside, then passed over a water-saturated medium, cooled and washed, the potential for 'sick building' syndrome from constantly recirculated air is avoided.

The Breezair is suitable for both commercial and industrial applications in a spectrum of industries that include agriculture, horticulture, manufacturing, catering and hotels, and public and residential buildings.

Manufactured to the highest standards, Breezair is backed by Seeley International's 30 years of experience in climate control and the company's commitment to excellence in customer service.
