Improved Breezair Industrial Wall Controller
Seeley International (Europe) introduced new Industrial Wall Controller that will handle up to 10 smart hubs and control up to 41 Breezair coolers.
Seeley International (Europe) , manufacturers of the highly acclaimed Breezair Evaporative Cooling system, has introduced a new Industrial Wall Controller (IWC).
Unique in the evaporative cooling market and developed in response to European demands, the IWC-05 has enhanced capabilities enabling just one IWC to handle up to 10 smart hubs and control up to 41 Breezair coolers.
The IWC-05 identifies any faulty cooler in a group and provides comprehensive fault diagnostics enabling any cooler to be quickly repaired.
Robustly housed in a high-grade polymer housing made in Germany to IP44 rating, the IWC-05 is fitted with a hinged lid for easy access.
Featuring a 24-hour clock and seven-day programmable timer, the wall control has battery back up and low battery warning plus a remote temperature and humidity sensor.
Equipped with large buttons for easy operation, the IWC-05 also has plug-in terminal strips for simple cable terminations and ready to use data and sensor cables.
It comes with comprehensive installation and application instruction manuals.
The IWC-05 climate control has two main operating modes, "local" and "external".
Using the remote sensor supplied, the IWC-05 monitors the indoor temperature and humidity, automatically increasing or decreasing the fan speed, and starting and stopping the pump to maintain comfort.
The "external" mode allows the wall control to be fully integrated into a BMS or PLC control system.
In addition it can be used to drive external equipment like extract ventilation systems, dampers, etc, and can be incorporated into a fire alarm system so that all coolers shut down on emergency command.
This permits the user to remotely control the functionality of the elements of the unit such as pump and fan speed in relation to other equipment in the building.
Regarded as the most advanced evaporative cooling technology in the world, the environmentally friendly Breezair allows doors and windows to be kept open while providing a constant flow of naturally cooled air.
The system is economic to install, cost effective to run and consumes very much less energy than conventional air-conditioning systems.
Far more versatile than standard cooling methods, Breezair is capable of providing sufficient cool air to drive all the hot air out of the building.
As fresh air is continually drawn from outside, then passed over a saturated medium and washed, the potential for "sick building" syndrome from constantly circulating air is avoided.
The Breezair is suitable for both commercial and industrial applications in a spectrum of industries that include agriculture, horticulture, manufacturing, catering and hotels, and public and residential buildings.
Manufactured to the highest standards, the Breezair is backed by over 30 years of Seeley International's experience in climate control and the company's commitment to excellence in customer service.
