Safeguard's CPD seminar 'Waterproofing Existing Basements', free-of-charge to architectural practices, has now been approved by RIBA.
Safeguard's CPD seminar on "waterproofing existing basements" has now been approved by RIBA The seminar, which is available free-of-charge to architectural practices, examines the advantages and disadvantages of the many proprietary waterproofing systems available for waterproofing existing basements
A particular emphasis is placed on the suitability of products for the Victorian basements most commonly encountered in the UK.
Other topics covered include BS8102, building regulations, planning considerations, and heath and safety.
A CPD seminar focusing on the waterproofing of new-build basements is planned for the near future.
