Flying start at the Seddon Group

Salford City Council appoints Seddons
Seddons have been appointed as a Framework Partner for a major part of Salford City Council's construction projects.
A large percentage of the work is repeat business with existing clients including Willow Park Housing Trust, Salford City Council and De Vere Hotels and Leisure.
Following the 2001 completion of De Vere's successful Village Hotel at Waterfold Business Park in Bury, GandJ Seddon have worked on three additional projects for De Vere and start 2007 with another; construction of a new golf clubhouse and driving range at Oulton Hall in Leeds.
Refurbishment work at homes in Monsall, Bury and Wythenshawe is all being carried out as part of the Government's Decent Homes Standard and construction of 10 new houses in Prestwich is due to start on site using the latest high performance panel system; a method which aims to achieve more cost effective and energy efficient homes.

GandJ Seddon was established in Little Hulton, Salford, in 1897 by brothers George and John Seddon.
It is now based in new purpose built premises in Bolton, employing over 600 people and is part of the Seddon Group of companies.
