Leading building services company SES is taking delivery of supplementary MandE kit at Whitehall Riverside in Leeds.
Leading building services company SES is taking delivery of supplementary MandE kit at Whitehall Riverside in Leeds, a £21m office development in the heart of the city, as part of 3rd and 4th floor fit-out contract The installation will enhance the capacity of the existing plant equipment, in line with the tenant's specialist requirements
The delivery included a containerised UPS system, standby generator, air handling units and air conditioning condenser units.
A specialist 100ft crane was drafted in to complete the lift in to the rooftop plant area.
SES undertook the design and installation of MandE services throughout the original build stage, working with Principal Contractor HBG.
The Company was awarded the fit-out contract by Office Projects , who is acting on behalf of global law firm Cobbetts.
