SES has been awarded the GBP7million mechanical and electrical design and installation contract for the restoration of 22-26 The Headrow, in the heart of Leeds city centre.
The modules were also delivered lagged, pressure tested and quality checked prior to their arrival.
Graham Hill, SES Projects Manager, said: " After seeing the success of the modules used on a number of our other sites including the £20m HSL Buxton project, we identified the opportunity for their use at St Helens.
We could guarantee their delivery date and time, which meant we were ready to install them straight away on their arrival." Each module comprised five pipes; two heating flow and return, two hot water flow and return, and a cold water feed.
All came complete with all the necessary branch valve connections.
The main contractor for the project is Cruden Construction.
