SES, has set a cracking pace at its £20m fast track mechanical and electrical (M and E) building services contract at the new £311m HOCLAS Project (Home Office Central London Accommodation Strategy).

Leading UK building services company, SES, has set a cracking pace at its £20m fast track mechanical and electrical (M and E) building services contract at the new £311m HOCLAS Project (Home Office Central London Accommodation Strategy), Westminster After starting on-site in August 2003, the company has managed to successfully install its programmed M and E services in advance of its planned completion on the office floors

The services installed to date include primary plant at basement, roof and floor levels on all the three buildings inclusive of pipework, ductwork and electrical distribution systems.

This now leaves the company in a very strong position to fulfil the rest of its contracted works by the end of November later this year.

Mark Perkins, SES Regional Director South, commented: "I am extremely proud of what the team has achieved at the HOCLAS project.

Not only have they work hard, but extremely efficiently." SES is contracted to coordinate the 'CAD', installation and commissioning of the mechanical and electrical building services to the new development.

The principal contractor for the project is Bouygues UK.
