Leading building services provider SES recently launched its new office in the South West with an exclusive soiree at the Swindon Steam Museum.

The Lord Mayor of Swindon was on hand to welcome the business into the area, as he proposed a toast to the successful future of SES in the South West.

An extensive guest list, including architects, main contractors and clients extended a welcoming show of support.

The evening celebrated, in a number of ways, the expansion of SES into the region and the significance of choosing Swindon as the location.

It is a growing, thriving town, with enviable economic statistics.

The Steam Museum, as the venue chosen for the launch, was particularly apt, with its historic rail links back to York where the Head Office of the business is based.

SES is a national contractor operating a local delivery structure, and in doing so maximises the strength and depth of regional relationships and potential.

John Blagg, Operations Manager for the new office, commented, "As a result of our continued success in the South of the country as a whole, together with a healthy forward workload of significant projects, we felt the time was right to open a dedicated office for the South West area".

Based in South Marston Business Park, Swindon, the office will compliment SES's long established Regional base in the Windsor/Slough area.

Alongside a programme of current projects including the Sunrise Senior Living Residential scheme, the team will commence work in the near future on the redevelopment of the Cascades Shopping Centre in Portsmouth.
